The meat grinder is a series of products in which raw meat is processed into granular meat stuffing with different specifications according to different technological requirements in the production process of meat processing enterprises, so as to be fully mixed with other auxiliary materials to meet the needs of different products.
When working, the raw meat is chopped by the shearing action formed by the rotating cutting blade and the hole edge on the hole plate, and the raw material is continuously discharged out of the machine under the action of the extrusion force of the screw. According to the different material properties and processing requirements, the corresponding cutter and orifice plate can be configured to process particles with different sizes to meet the technological requirements of the next working procedure.
