HR-30
Horus
Commercial electric dough mixers are usually large in capacity and powerful enough to handle large quantities of dough. With a higher powered mixer, it can handle more loads and better handle the demands of continuous operation.
Each model features three speeds and comes with a spiral hook, flat beater, and a wire whip. The low speed is great for using the spiral hook to knead thick doughs, while the medium speed is ideal for using the flat beater to create your favorite batters. And finally, the high speed is great for using the wire whip to create thinner recipes such as egg whites.
Three speeds let you mix anything from cake batter to whipped cream, and the speeds are labeled to indicate which attachment is best-suited for that setting.
Planetary Mixers are often used in retail bakeries that produce pastries, cookies and cakes due the ability to mix cookie doughs, cake batters and icings on one machine. Most bread professionals will leave their dough mixing to a different style mixer called a Spiral Mixer.
Commercial planetary mixers come with different attachments, which makes them extremely versatile. Attachments like beaters, wire whisks, and dough hooks can be interchanged to mix, knead, mash or whip ingredients. Many models also come with a grater, slicer and/or grinder attachment, making them even more versatile.
